– Casting is done by our Creative Team (students) with input from the Managing Director. We are committed to fairness and equity in our casting practices. We believe our company should reflect the diverse community we live in. No roles are precast.
– According to our show contract, all characters in the story must keep their gender as written, BUT actors of any gender may be cast as any character. Please note on the audition form whether you’d accept a role regardless of the character’s gender.
– We will also cast several “swings” who will be in the ensemble and also cover several lead roles. This job requires good memorization skills, flexibility, dedication and independent work.
